How do I pay?
Pay with Cash on Delivery: you pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. No advance payment is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas can take a little longer.
How much is delivery?
A flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Will someone confirm my order?
Yes. We call or message you on the phone number you give at checkout to confirm your order and address before dispatch.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & refunds page.
Can I check the parcel before paying?
Please follow the courier’s policy at delivery. If anything is wrong after opening, contact us within 7 days with a photo or video and we will sort it out.
